Directions

  • Take the Howick exit 99 off-ramp from the N3 to Underberg on the R617 for 111km. Once in the main road in Underberg you will find a Spar and Supaquick on the left. Turn left onto the dirt road which runs between the Spar and Supaquick, please fork to the right (hugging Supaquick) and pass Mountaineers complex on the right. You then turn right into Valley View Road, go over 4 "concrete humps" in the road and veer left where Valley View Road forks, then carry on down the road until you get to Graceland Farm entrance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Compulsory Cleaning fee for cleaning lady of R250 per day.
  • Check in is strictly 2pm to 7pm only
  • Check out is 10am,
  • We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
  • The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
  • The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in
  • Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
  • We reserve the right to cancel the reservation should we not receive your deposit timeously.
  • Deposits are non-transferable and subject to the cancellation policy.
  • No refunds for late check-ins or early check-outs.
  • Additional guests over and above the number specified on your invoice are not permitted.
  • Failure to comply with this shall result in your booking being terminated, and you shall be requested to vacate the property immediately. No refunds shall be granted.
  • Guests will be liable for breakages or property damage.
  • There is a no-smoking policy inside the units. You will be liable to a fine of R1 000 should you breach such policy.
  • Indemnity
  • All persons entering the property and using its facilities do so at their own risk. The owners, management, staff or agents of Graceland and Underberg Accommodation (PTY) Ltd shall not be liable for any damage, loss, theft, injury, accidents or death suffered by any person, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise.
