Check out is 10am.
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in
Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation should we not receive your deposit timeously.
Deposits are non-transferable and subject to the cancellation policy.
No refunds for late check-ins or early check-outs.
Additional guests over and above the number specified on your invoice are not permitted.
Failure to comply with this shall result in your booking being terminated, and you shall be requested to vacate the property immediately. No refunds shall be granted.
Guests will be liable for breakages or property damage.
There is a no-smoking policy inside the units. You will be liable to a fine of R1 000 should you breach such policy.

All persons entering the property and using its facilities do so at their own risk.
