Our rooms are situated in delightful gardens, with tranquil surroundings and the gentle sounds of babbling water – which was originally used to power the Watermill can be heard in the background.

  • From Cape Town International Airport:
  • Continue straight onto Airport Approach Road for 1.3 km;
  • Use the left lane to merge onto the N2 via the ramp to Somerset and proceed 600 m;
  • Merge onto the N2 and proceed 199 km;
  • Turn left onto the R60 and proceed 800 m;
  • Turn right onto Voortrek Street and proceed 98 m;
  • Destination will be on the left at Oil Mill Guesthouse,
  • 241 Voortrek Street, Swellendam, 6740.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
  • If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
