Directions

  • From JHB, take the R512 to Sun City. When you cross the dam bridge to the west of the dam (not the wall), turn right at the T-junction. Travel about 3km and take the slip road to the left. At that T junction, turn right. Drive for about a 1km and you will get a road to the right which goes to Kosmos. Drive until you get to a thatch boomed security gate. Sign and take road to the right. Turn in at the Kosmos Marina sign. Drive past the boat houses. Just after the Marina, you will find the kosmos parking to your right at the gazebo and Kosmos Manor to your left.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 2 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.

Conditions

*Our rate is per person and not per room.
*Please make sure if you book for 2 guests, that you select for 2.
*If you book for 1 guest and you are 2 or more guests, the extra guests will be charged for.
*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.

Arrival time is 14:00 until 19:00 and Departure time is 7:00 until 11:00. If you require a late arrival or an early departure, please contact us directly. All extras must be settled in full upon departure. Please make double sure if you have booked for a single or a double room. Single is 1 guest and double is 2 or guests. Booking for a single guest and arriving with more guests will be charged extra as per our fee structure. This applies also if you book via an agent or an online reservation platform. We can only extend departures upon request and if no other guests are checking in. We regret that day visitors are not allowed for the comfort of our other guests.
