Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Arrival time is 14:00 until 22:00 and Departure time is 7:00 until 11:00. If you require a late arrival or an early departure, please contact us directly. All extras must be settled in full upon departure. Please make double sure if you have booked for a single or a double room. Single is 1 guest, Double is 2 guests. Booking for a single guest and arriving with more guests, you will be charged extra according as per our rate schedule for every extra guest. This applies also for booking via agents or online sites. We can only extend departures upon request and if no other guests are checking in. With vouchers, all conditions need to be specified. We also negotiate contract with agents and corporates.
Your standard price is a per person rate per night. Unless you booked for a couple, then TWO guests must be specified. If you use a voucher, the TOTAL amount of guests must please reflect.
