Description
Dawn Mountains is a family-run bespoke wedding and events venue in the heart of the Franschhoek Valley, and the vast vineyards and picturesque landscape offer the perfect venue for a getaway, wedding, special occasion, and corporate event.
Guests have a choice of a lovely ground-floor or first-floor apartment and a cottage, all comfortably furnished to accommodate between 2 to 4 people. The apartments comprise of 1 or 2 bedrooms with twin beds that can convert to king-size beds and have private bathrooms with baths and showers.
Each apartment has a kitchen that is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, and a fridge, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The apartments have comfortably furnished lounges with TVs.
The separate, cosy cottage is furnished with twin beds that can convert to a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower only. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove and oven, a microwave, and a small fridge.
Guests can relax in a cosy lounge which has a TV and opens onto a covered patio with easy access to the wood-fired hot tub and outdoor braai facilities, all overlooking the dam. The cottage is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available.
Dawn Mountains Farm offers a variety of packages that are specifically tailored to suit the needs of our clients based on their requirements with beautiful wedding venues that can accommodate between 100 to 300 guests, Wudu and Salaah facilities, and catering in conjunction with top service providers.

Dawn Mountains Farm is situated 10 km from Pearl Valley Golf Estate and Spa, within 20 km of various wine estates and farms as well as Franschhoek or Stellenbosch which offers a variety of restaurants and cafes and 55 km from Cape Town International Airport.

- Head south on Airport Ring Road and proceed for 1 km;
- Turn left toward Airport Approach Road and proceed for 370 m;
- Take the Borcherds Quarry Road/M22 ramp to M18/Nyanga/M10/Bellville and proceed for 290 m;
- Keep right at the fork to continue toward Borcherds Quarry Road/M22 and proceed for 60 m;
- Turn right onto Borcherds Quarry Road/M22 and proceed for 1.2 km;
- Use the left lane to merge onto Settlers Way/N2 via the ramp to Somerset and proceed for 4 km;
- Take exit 22A toward R300/Bellville and proceed for 2.4 km;
- Merge onto Kuils River Road/R300 and proceed for 13.1 km;
- Use any lane to merge onto N1 toward Paarl/Worcester and proceed for 20.6 km;
- Take exit 47 for R44 toward Stellenbosch/R101/Klapmuts/Wellington and proceed for 350 m;
- Turn right onto R44 and proceed for 1.1 km;
- Turn left onto Klapmuts - Simondium Road and proceed for 7.8 km;
- Dawn Mountains Farm will be on the left.

- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
