Victoria Bay is a hidden gem along South Africa’s world-famous Garden Route — a small, sheltered cove nestled between George and Wilderness in the Western Cape.
Loved for its consistent surf, tidal pool, and laid-back charm, it’s a favourite for surfers, families, and nature lovers alike.
With just a handful of homes and accommodations perched on the shoreline, it offers a peaceful, unspoiled escape just minutes from town.

Cancellation Policy
- Any bookings for December 2025/January 2026 should be confirmed with a 50% deposit once booked and the balance should be paid on 1 October 2025.
- We have upgraded; we have wifi!
- Strictly Non-Smoking, ashtrays are provided for outside smoking.
- Check in time is after 15h00 and check out is prior to 10h00 (we have to be ready for next guests at 15h00).
- Please enjoy and take care of this property as if it's your own and leave it the same as you got it, of course we will wash the bed linen, but all dishes should be washed, dried and stacked away.
- Consider other guests on the property. Keep noise levels to a minimum (TV/music) excessive noise is not permitted after 21h00. If you depart early please proceed very quietly. Parking, a “Venter” trailer could be stored at the back of the Management office. The big parking bay is for the House and Seaview Studio (Bachelor 1), for the Budget Studio (Bachelor 2) please use the further left side next to the management office.
- The outside shower in the parking area is for all Silver Spray guests and we left blue buckets of water for your feet to help you keep some sand out of the homes .
- We do not charge a breakage deposit fee but rather work on an honesty agreement. Should you break or loose something please leave the following House should have 8 of each (however 6 white chairs) and Studio 1 & 2 should have 4 of each:
- Glass/cup/cutlery = R20 per piece
- Plate/bowl = R40
- Glass dish = R100
- White chair = R300
- Anything else the fair amount you think.
- Smoking fee = R500 :-/
- The deck with braai is for the sole use of the Budget Studio (Bachelor 2).
- Always lock the door when you are not here and do not leave valuables in front of open windows. For your safety, the door of the bedroom leading to the stoep must be locked at all times. Be careful with your valuables and please close ALL WINDOWS when leaving the house.
- The restaurant is open until sunset, if it's cold they close earlier. Rustic but quite pleasant.
- Please read the flip side to enjoy the best of the area - you do not have to reinvent the wheel!
- With check-out you can leave the key in the safe fastened on the right hand side of the gate.
