*Wildebraam offers several lovely accommodation units on a youngberry farm in Swellendam. Nestled in the Hermitage Valley, 2 km from Swellendam
*All the units enjoy stunning views of the Langeberg Mountains and guests will revel in the tranquil country atmosphere. All units are fully equipped with towels and linen provided. Games and books are also provided
*A minimum 2-night stay over weekends is preferred when booking the larger cottages
*Wildebraam is renowned for its liqueurs and deli range produced on-site and all guests are welcome to join us for tastings in our cellar Mon-Sun during office hours
*In addition, Wildebraam has a conference/function venue which can host up to 64 people and both corporate and private functions are very popular

Area Info
A 9-hole golf course is 1.5km away and various sport clubs are in Swellendam.
Little ones (and older ones!) will love Sulina's Fairy Sanctuary and Swellendam also has several art galleries and local potters and artists.
Well worth visits could include the local Drostdy museum, Bontebok National Park, De Hoop Nature Reserve, Robertson Wine Route-just to mention a few.

- Directions from TOWN CENTRAL: (34 01' 06.82" S and 20 25'16.46" E): (Most gravel/dirt road) Out of the main street of Swellendam (corner of Voortrek & Andrew Whyte) turn up Andrew Whyte Street in the direction of the mountain. Continue straight up the hill, pass the squash courts and golf course on your left and continue down the hill (start of gravel road). At the bottom of the hill, turn to your left at the “Wildebraam Berry Estate” sign. Continue straight until you see the entrance to Wildebraam Liqueurs / Wildebraam Berry Estate on your right (entrance S4 Maroon Sign). Drive past the main house and cottage on your right and proceed 100m further to the cellar.
- Directions from N2 CAPE TOWN (34 01' 06.82" S and 20 25'16.46" E): (Least gravel/dirt road) As you approach Swellendam turn left onto the R60 in the direction of Ashton/Worcester (Swellendam WEST Entrance). When you get to the 4-way-stop, go straight over and continue for approx. 1.5km. First you will see a brown Wildebraam Sign, and then a green “Hermitage” sign. Turn Right at the Hermitage sign. Travel approx. 100m. Take your first left onto a dirt road (Hermitage/Wildebraam signs) and continue straight for +-700m. Wildebraam Berry Estate entrance (entrance S4 Maroon sign) is on your left. Drive past the main house and cottage on your right and proceed 100m further to the cellar.
- Directions from N2 GEORGE (34 01' 06.82" S and 20 25'16.46" E): (Least gravel/dirt road) ) As you approach Swellendam pass the first 2 turnoffs into Swellendam. At the 3rd turnoff marked SWELLENDAM WEST turn right onto the R60 in the direction of Ashton/Worcester. When you get to the 4-way-stop, go straight over and continue for approx. 1.5km. First you will see a brown Wildebraam Sign, and then a green “Hermitage” sign. Turn Right at the Hermitage sign. Travel approx. 100m. A short distance past this building, you will first see a brown Wildebraam Sign, and then a green “Hermitage” sign. Turn Left at the Hermitage sign. Travel approx. 100m. Take your first left onto a dirt road (Hermitage/Wildebraam signs) and continue straight for +-700m. Wildebraam Berry Estate entrance (entrance S4 Maroon sign) is on your left. Drive past the main house and cottage on your right and proceed 100m further to the cellar.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 70% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 40% of the deposit.
