Perfect for relaxation, this cottage accommodates four guests in two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom offers two single beds and an en-suite shower. The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, with a dining table and a lounge area featuring a comfortable couch, TV, and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a two-plate stove with a mini oven, and a microwave.

- From O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB):
- Exit O.R. Tambo Airport: Follow signs to the R24 highway towards Johannesburg.
- R24 & N3 South: Proceed onto the R24, then merge onto the N3 South (Eastern Bypass) towards Durban/Heidelberg.
- R26/R103 Exit: Take exit 169 for R26/R103 towards Villiers/Frankfort/Vrede.
- R26: Turn right onto R26 and continue following it.
- N5: Continue onto the N5.
- R712: Turn right onto R712.
- Clarens: Turn right onto Main Street in Clarens, then turn right onto Van Zyl Street.
- Destination: 344 Van Zyl St will be on your right.

- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

* No loud music or noise, especially between 22h00 and 08h00.
* Please treat the cottage like home and leave it in a neat condition.
* Please enjoy the provided treats and kindly leave the containers.
* No smoking or vaping indoors.
* Please let us know if anything gets damaged.
* Please do not use any of the blankets outdoors.
* Please ensure to not get the white bedding and towels stained, e.g., make-up.
* Only the number of guests that booked are permitted to sleep in the cottage.
* No parties or events.
* No loud noise or disturbances due to alcohol consumption will be tolerated.
* Please ensure all lights and appliances are switched off after use, especially when leaving the cottage.
* Please ensure to lock up the doors and parking gate when leaving the cottage.
* The fireplace is used at your own risk; it can get very hot so please be mindful, especially with kids.
* We allow up to two small dogs (Border Collie size or smaller)
* Please let us know if you’ll be bringing a pet along
* Please clean up after your pets
* No pets on the furniture or bedding
* No pets left unattended indoors
