Leeuwenzee, a Dutch name for sea and lion, is an apt name as Leeuwenzee sits wedged neatly between the tail of the lion and the sea in the lively sea-facing suburb of Sea Point. The lovely guesthouse offers guests a choice of rooms and units that can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
The lovely, air-conditioned rooms and units are furnished with queen-size, king-size or twin beds that can convert to king-size beds, with a combination of single and sofa beds and en-suite bathrooms with a shower only or a full bathroom.
The kitchenettes are equipped with induction stoves or stoves and ovens, microwaves, bar fridges or full fridges and tea and coffee facilities. TVs with Netflix and access to various other streaming services such as DStv, Amazon, YouTube and more are available as well as Wi-Fi access.
Some of the rooms and units open onto a deck or balcony while others have lovely sea views. Lock-up safes, room service and laundry facilities are available.

- There is limited on-site parking available, please advise in advance if you would like to reserve a parking bay. Off-street parking is also available. We have one secure lock-up garage for cycles, motor and electric bikes, scooters.
- It is an express condition of your occupation or visit to these premises that the Proprietor is not responsible for loss or damage to the property of any visitor brought upon the premises - whether arising from fire, theft or otherwise by whomsoever caused, or arising from the negligence or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the Proprietor. Money or valuables may be handed to the Proprietor for custody when a special receipt will be issued accordingly. All visitors, whether or not they occupy Rooms are deemed to contract with the Proprietor on this basis.
