Guesthouse within 2 minutes walking from the sea. Hearty South African breakfasts are served at CatchCook restaurant.

Group breakfasts are available at CatchCook Restaurant. Catering for vegetarians, pescatarians, and vegans. Fully licensed bar facilities. Spacious lounge area and DStv lounge. We are very keen on recycling.

*A survey marker and a new ikon depicting the African continent are located at the most Southern tip of Africa.

*The waters of the Agulhas Bank off the coast are quite shallow and are renowned as one of the best fishing grounds in South Africa.

*It is the geographic southern tip of the African continent and the beginning of the dividing line between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans according to the International Hydrographic Organization.

Directions

  • From Cape Town, take N2 to Caledon. Then take R316 to Napier, and Bredasdorp. At Bredasdorp take R319 to Struisbaai & L'Agulhas. Drive right through Struisbaai and from entrance to L'Agulhas, exactly 2km find brown road sign with name "Cape Agulhas" and pictogram of guest house. Follow arrow for only 80m to guest house. From Garden Route, take R319 turn-off, 13km after Swellendam to Bredasdorp, Struisbaai & L'Agulhas. Other directions as above for Cape Town.

  • Cancellations within 0 - 7 days of date of arrival: 100% payable
  • Cancellations within 8 - 21 days of date of arrival: 50% of full amount payable
  • Cancellations within 22 - 30 days of date of arrival: 30% of full amount payable
  • No refunds for late check-in/arrival or early check-out.
  • No refunds for services not used.
  • Please note that all refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges
  • Group bookings: a non-refundable deposit may be requested and a specially negotiated cancellation policy will apply to any bookings which exceed 25% of our capacity.
