Description
The Victorian Manor House can accommodate up to 12 guests in classically light & airy en-suite bedrooms. It has a comfortable lounge & dining area with a perfectly equipped coffee & tea station.
Mulberry House, the first homestead on the farm draws its decorating inspiration from its old Dutch heritage and comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The Rustic Cottages – Soleta & Sweetheart can each sleep 4 people, with two en-suite bedrooms per unit.
Each home has access to a patio for outside dining and a private heated hot-tub. The Manor, in addition has a sparkling swimming pool and outdoor under cover BBQ & Pizza Garden Terrace.

Area Info
Calitzdorp is also known as the Port Capital of South Africa and is situated at the heart of the Klein Karoo, just a few hour's driving time from all the world-class tourist attractions of the region. Located halfway between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), Calitzdorp is the ideal stopover on the way to the Garden Route.
Calitzdorp on the Route 62 is known for its wineries. Top-quality wines are produced in Calitzdorp mainly by Boplaas, De Krans, Axe Hill and Calitzdorp Wine Cellar - although there are many other Calitzdorp cellars also producing quality port and wine in and around the town.

- Start by exiting George Airport and head northeast on the R404 road.
- Continue on the R404 for about 22 kilometers until you reach the town of George.
- In George, take the N12 highway ramp towards Oudtshoorn/De Rust.

- Start by exiting George Airport and head northeast on the R404 road.
- Continue on the R404 for about 22 kilometers until you reach the town of George.
- In George, take the N12 highway ramp towards Oudtshoorn/De Rust.
- Merge onto the N12 highway and continue for approximately 65 kilometers.
- After 65 kilometers, you will reach the town of Oudtshoorn.
- In Oudtshoorn, continue straight on Baron Van Reede Street, which is also the N12 highway.
- Follow the N12 highway for about 60 kilometers until you reach the town of Calitzdorp.
- In Calitzdorp, continue straight on the N12 highway.
- After about 6 kilometers, you will reach Farm Buffelskloof

Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

- The cardholder & ID/Passport must be e-mailed before check-in.
- A copy of the credit card used for the online payment must be e-mailed before check-in.
