Directions from Cape Town : Take N2 - Somerset, Take the R44/Broadway Boulevard exit toward Stellenbosh/Somerset, Use any lane to turn right onto Broadway Boulevard/R44, Turn right onto Main Road/R44. Continue straight onto Main Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Beach Road, continue - then turn left into Culemborg St, destination will be on the left.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 70% of the deposit.

Conditions

No Children Under 16 without prior permission and signing of indemnity form.
50% deposit on booking confirmation with the remainder payable 30 days prior to arrival.
R10000 electricity and breakage deposit additional charge. Breakage deposit refundable. Electricity usage to be deducted from deposit.
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday Housekeeping (R350 per day) is compulsory and will be deducted from R10,000 breakage deposit. Monday to Friday Housekeeping is for our account.
