- The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
- The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
- Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-In: Check in time is strictly from 14h00 on day of arrival.
- Check-Out: Guests are required to check out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Early Check-In: Early check-in can be arranged but is subject to availability and will be charged a R100 per hour

- Payment
- Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received beforehand. Any deviation from, or relaxation in this regard is subject to management discretion.
- We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
- Occupancy
- All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy per room is prohibited and will result in additional charges and/or cancellation of the reservation.
- Behavior and Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests, staff, and the property of Thabong Bed and Breakfast or any of its affiliates. Disruptive behavior may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without refund.
- Damage to Property
- Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the property of Thabong Bed & Breakfast and/or any of its affiliates. Any replacement or reparation cost will be for the guest’s account and must be settled before checking out.
- Liability
- Thabong Bed & Breakfast and/or any of its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, damages, loss of property, or any other loss resulting from the use of any of our facilities or from any third parties within the premises.
- Pets
- Regrettably we do not allow any Pets on the premises.
- Non-Smoking
- All rooms and indoor areas within Thabong Bed & Breakfast and/or its affiliates are non-smoking areas. Smoking in these areas may result in possibles fines in accordance with the relevant legislation. We also reserve the right to levy a fee for cleaning and sanitizing the affected areas.
