We have parking garages for 5 cars on a first come basis. 3 large garages and 2 smaller ones. Should a garage not be available on arrival one will be allocated to you as soon as one becomes free. We have 4 off-street parking bays with ADT security car patrols with link street camera’s. Cars are safe on the road as long as no valuables are left in view. We have CCTV on the premises.

- Exit the airport on Airport Approach Road and proceed for 2.1 km;
- Merge onto Settlers Way/N2 and proceed for 10.2 km;
- Take Exit 6 for the M3/Rhodes Drive towards Observatory/Muizenberg and proceed for 350 m;
- Merge onto Rhodes Drive/M3 and proceed for 1.8 km;
- Take Exit 8 for Princess Anne Avenue/M146 and proceed for 350 m;
- Merge onto Princess Anne Avenue/M146/M63 and proceed for 130 m;
- Keep left to stay on Princess Anne Avenue/M146/M63 and proceed for 56 m;
- Princess Anne Avenue/M146/M3 turns slightly left and becomes Klipper Road, proceed for 550 m;
- Turn right onto Main Road/M4 and proceed for 800 m;
- Turn right onto Sans Souci Road and proceed for 170 m;
- Turn left onto Esme Road and proceed for 120 m;
- Riversong Guest House is no.14 on the right-hand side.
- Follow the N1 towards town:
- You will pass Canal Walk/Century City shopping centre on your right;
- Take the M5 Muizenburg/Airport turnoff on the left;
- Keep to the right and follow the M5 until you will see a turn-off to the left which says Pinelands/Airport, do not take this turn off, or you will go to the Airport;
- Take the second off-ramp on the left which says Cape Town;
- The road curves and straightens and you should have the mountain in front of you;
- The signs say Kirstenbosch Gardens/Rhodes Avenue, keep in this lane;
- Take the left hand off-ramp to M3 Muizenburg;
- If you go right you will go into Cape Town (This is the De waal Interchange/Groote Schuur);
- Continue on the M3 and take the second off-ramp on the M3 South, M146 Princess Anne Avenue;
- Follow Princess Anne Ave/Klipper Rd all the way down to Main Rd (M4);
- Turn right at the traffic light into Main Road;
- Second traffic light, just after the Newlands Swimming pool (on your right - on your left is SA Breweries/ Old Newlands Holiday Inn/Southern Suns Hotel), turn
- right into Sans Souci Road;
- Then left into Esme Road;
- Riversong Guest House is no. 14 on the right-hand side.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
Conditions
* All bookings made with credit cards, need to be verified on arrival. Please present your card to one of our staff so that that they can take a Photostat or card impression. This is due to stolen cards being used to make online bookings.
* If the original credit card is not present, a copy with a letter of consent to use the credit card must accompany your confirmation letter. If not available we will request another card or payment in cash.
* Please give us Name, address, email and mobile no. of owner of the card liable for payment.
Limitation of liability
* Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the guesthouse.
* Any damage caused by guests to property and premises due to bad behaviouror carelessness, loss of keys will be for the guests account.
* By signing or by confirming the reservation verbally or by email the guests/agents agree to this policy explicitly and irrevocably.
* Please note we do not allow smoking in the Guest House - you may smoke outside and on the patios where there are ashtrays.
