• Directions from Johannesburg to Nullarbor Cottages:
• Get onto the N1 highway, take the off ramp at Gordon Road. Turn left at the 1st Traffic Light as you exit the highway and right at the 2nd set of traffic lights onto M47 Hendrik Potgieter and continue straight until you get to the N14 intersection (Cradlestone Mall will be on your right) Cross over the intersection and continue on the N14 Ventersdorp Road until you reach a three way stop (Oaktree Garage intersection).
• Turn right onto R563 Hekpoort road. The road splits left to N14 Ventersdorp - keep on the R563 Hekpoort Road. Travel 12km and turn left at Maropeng sign, Continue straight for further 14km to fourway crossing. Turn right onto the R24 towards Magaliesburg. Go through the village of Magaliesburg. As you leave the road splits - Left to R509 Koster and Right R24 Rustenburg - take the right hand fork to R24 Rustenburg. Exactly 2 km from leaving the town is a sign for Nullarbor Cottages on your left. Turn on to the small brick road which becomes a gravel road and proceed on that road for 1.2km.
• Enter through the right hand manual sliding gate.
• If you get to Lover's Rock you have gone too far! Go Back
• Directions from Pretoria Central:
• Take the N14 to Krugersdorp. At the only traffic light on the road, turn right to N14 Ventersdorp (Cradlestone Mall will be on your left)
• Continue on the N14 Ventersdorp Road until you reach a three way stop (Oaktree Garage intersection).
• Continue as above from 2. above
• Directions from Rustenburg to Nullarbor Cottages:
• Go through the town of Rustenburg and get onto the R24 to Krugersdorp. From the KFC traffic lights at the Waterfall Mall shopping centre travel for 42 kms passing MtGrace Hotel turnoff on your left. Approximately 100m past the MtGrace Hotel turnoff you will see the sign for Nullarbor Cottages. Turn right onto the gravel road and you will cross the railway lines. Travel 2km up the farm road following signs until you reach the entrance.
• Landmarks you pass on the way: Biltong shop, Aasvoelkrans, Balule, Mnt Serene, Pockets Place, Mount Zeedee and lastly Lover's Rock and Mt Grace.
• Directions from Vryburg Area:
• Get on to the N14 to Broedersput, pass Delareyville, Sanieshof and Biesiesvlei, then turn left to Lichtenburg. Continue to KOSTER turn right on the R 509 to DERBY. Go past BOONS towards MAGALIESBURG. You will pass the Magaliesburg Community Centre and Police Station on your left. At the stop street turn left onto the R24 RUSTENBURG. Exactly 2 kms from leaving the town you will find our sign for Nullarbor Cottages on your left. Turn on to the gravel road and proceed on that road for 2km.
• If you get to Lover's Rock you have gone too far! Go Back
