  • Exit Cape Town International Airport on Airport Approach Road (1.3 km).
  • Use the left lane to merge onto the N2 via the ramp to Somerset West (450 m).
  • Merge onto the N2 (25.7 km).
  • Take Exit 43 for the R44/Broadway Boulevard towards Stellenbosch/Somerset West (350 m).
  • Turn right onto Broadway Boulevard/R44 (4.3 km).
  • Turn right onto Main Road/M153/R44 (66 m).
  • Continue straight to stay on Main Road/M153/R44 (1.1 km).
  • Turn left onto Gordon's Bay Drive/R44 (5.3 km).
  • Take a slight right onto Beach Road (190 m).
  • Continue straight to stay on Beach Road (1.1 km).
  • Manor on the Bay will be on the left-hand side, 117 Beach Road.
