**CHECK-IN AND PAYMENT POLICY**

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly request all guests to adhere to the following policies:

- CARDHOLDER AND IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: The cardholder must be present at check-in, along with a valid ID or Passport. This is to verify the identity of our guests and to prevent any potential fraud.
- CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION: The credit card used for the online booking must be presented at check-in. This is to confirm the legitimacy of the payment and to safeguard against unauthorized transactions.

**DAMAGE AND LIABILITY POLICY**

As part of our commitment to maintaining a high standard of accommodation for all our guests, we require the following:

- ACCEPTANCE OF LIABILITY: By booking with us, the patron accepts liability for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay, excluding normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to damages to the room, furniture, appliances, cutlery and any other property assets.
- RIGHT TO INVOICE: In the event of any damages, we reserve the right to invoice the patron for the cost of repairs or replacements required. The patron agrees, by accepting these terms at the time of booking, to settle any such invoices promptly.
- POST-DEPARTURE CHARGES: Should any damages come to light after the guest's departure, we retain the right to charge the guest's credit card, as provided at the time of booking, for the costs incurred. We will provide a detailed invoice of the charges to the guest for their records.

**HONESTY BAR POLICY**

- CHARGES FOR CONSUMED ITEMS: Guests are welcome to enjoy items from the honesty bar located in the common area. By using this service, the patron agrees to the charges for any items consumed during their stay. These charges will be calculated based on the items taken and will be added to the patron's bill.
- RIGHT TO INVOICE FOR HONESTY BAR ITEMS: We reserve the right to invoice the patron post-departure for any honesty bar items consumed if not settled at the time of check-out. The patron agrees to settle any such invoices promptly upon receipt.
