Kramersdorf Guesthouse offers the perfect accommodation for your stay in Swakopmund. Named after one of Swakopmund's oldest suburbs which is situated just east of the centre of town. The suburb is popular with the locals because it has more sunshine than the suburbs located closer to the ocean which tends to be quite misty.
You can reach the centre of town in 15 minutes on foot and in 5 additional minutes, you are at the beach. You will find an abundance of shops and restaurants along the way.
If you wish, we also offer a shuttle service to town and the more distant suburbs, in case you don't have your own transport.

- In Okahandja continue straight direction Usakos via B2
- Continue with the B2 until you reach Swakopmund via Karibib.

- Just after the swakopmund bridge turn left into the Aukas Street and at the trafic circle turn left again.
- You will see Kramersdorf Guesthouse on your right.
- From Walvisbay
- Follow the B2 from Walvisbay to Swakopmund.
- When you enter Swakopmund after the bridge turn right into the Rhode Allee.
- After the sharp corner, take the second right into the Libertina Amathila Ave.
- Continue till you see Kramersdorf Guesthouse on your right, just after the small Traffic Circle.

- CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 30 to 16 days prior to arrival, 25% of the invoiced amount.
- 15 to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoiced amount.
- 6 to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the invoiced amount.
- No shows 100% of the invoiced amount.
- All cancellations will be reconfirmed in writing, non-receipt of a cancellation confirmation means that the reservation has not been cancelled, irrespective of whether an email has been sent.
- CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children 3 and younger are free of charge.
- Children 4 - 12 are charged 50% of rack rate providing they share with their parents.
- Children 13 and older are charged full adult rate.
- Date of birth of the child/ren to be supplied at the time of making the reservation to qualify for the child policy.
- GUIDE POLICY:
- Guide rates are available on request and on a subject of availability. Please contact the Guesthouse for information
- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in is from 14:00 - 18:00.
- Check-out is 10:00.
- KEYS
- Missing keys are a security issue. There is an N$1000.00 charge for any set of missing keys.
- SMOKING AND PETS:
- Pets are not permitted at all and smoking is not permitted inside the Guesthouse. Extra charges will be incurred if this policy is not honoured. The charges are based on the fee for professional smoke cleaning services plus a fee for loss of business due to the inability to rent the room. There are designated smoking areas outside.
- HIGH-SPEED INTERNET:
- High-speed Internet is provided free of charge to guests of the Guesthouse.
- FLOOR LEVELS AND STAIRS:
- Please do let us know if you have any difficulty climbing stairs. The guesthouse has three rooms upstairs and no elevator. We do have a luggage service.
