Kelora Bush Camp

Conditions

* My general health is good and there is nothing which renders me unfit to undertake a game drive or a bushwalk.
* I understand and fully appreciate and voluntary consent to being exposed to risks, hazards and dangers which I may be involved in and/or may arise out of me undertaking such activity herein, more particularly
- That there will not always be protection in the form of fences, buildings and vehicles in which to take cover;
- That the exposure to potentially dangerous animals as well as poisonous snakes, scorpions and other natural hazards may occur whilst on an activity or walking around the unfenced lodge;
- That rivers and dams may contain bilharzias and sickness may result upon entry into such water.
- That swimming pool is used at own risk, children are to be supervised at all times and Kelora Bush Camp accepts no liability for any injury or loss

* I am aware of the hazards and the distribution of malaria in South Africa and am aware that I am in a Malaria area
* I accept that the activities are undertaken voluntarily and at my own risk and hereby indemnify Kelora Bush Camp, its partners and employees against any claims whatsoever, that may arise in connection with any injury, loss or damage to my person or property during the activities or transport to and from each destination or stay at Kelora Bush Camp irrespective of whether such claims arose through negligence of any person or from any of the risks, dangers or hazards, inherent in the activities or from any other cause whatsoever related to the activities.
* I understand that any costs in respect of any accident or illness, which, in the opinion of the authorities, requires medical attention, are my liability.
