Hout Bay Gem is a double-storey guest house offering self-catering holiday accommodation in Hout Bay, We also have a three bedroom and two bedroom cottage. Close to World of Birds and a short drive away from Hout Bay beach and ‘Harbour.

The guest house offers accommodation in king and queen rooms that can each accommodate between 2 and 3 guests. Each room contains a work desk, a Smart Android TV, DStv, Showmax, Netflix and fibre Wi-Fi are included. Some of the rooms have a three-quarter sleeper couch.

Guests have shared use of a communal dining area, a lounge with a TV with DStv, and a fully equipped kitchen that is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, deep-freezer, and a washing machine.

Exit the airport on Airport Approach Road, merge onto Settlers Way/N2 and proceed for 10.2 km;
Take Exit 6 for the M3/Rhodes Drive towards Observatory/Muizenberg and proceed for 350 m;
Merge onto the M3 and proceed for 3.8 km;
Turn right onto Rhodes Avenue/M63 and proceed for 2.5 km;
Turn right onto Rhodes Drive/M63 and proceed for 4.6 km;
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hout Bay Main Road/M63 and proceed for 2.7 km;
Turn right onto Disa River Road and proceed for 290 m;
Turn left onto Valley Road and proceed for 2.3 km;
Turn right onto Park Avenue;
Turn left onto Elise Way;
Hout Bay Gem will be on the left-hand side, 11 Elise Way.
