- Start at Cape Town International Airport.
- Head south on Airport Ring Rd for 1.0 km.
- Take a slight left toward Airport Approach Rd and continue straight onto Airport Approach Rd for 2.1 km.
- Merge onto Settlers Way/N2 and drive for 2.2 km.
- Take exit 14 for M7/Vanguard Drive toward Bonteheuwel and continue onto Epping Goodwood for 550 m.
- Use any lane to turn right onto Jakes Gerwel Dr/M7 and continue on M7 for 8.1 km.
- Keep right to continue on N7 for 17.6 km.
- Take exit 31 toward Melkbosstrand Rd/M19 for 400 m.
- Take a slight left onto Melkbosstrand Rd/M19 and drive for 8.2 km.
- Turn right onto W Coast Rd/R27 and continue to follow R27 for 51 minutes (86.7 km).
- Turn left at Langebaanweg and drive for 6.2 km.
- Continue onto Oostewal Rd for 1.2 km.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Spilbergen St for 500 m.
- Turn left onto Van Breda Dr.
- 1095 Van Breda Drive will be on the right after driving 400 m.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

* The speed limit on the Estate is 30 mph and there is a lot of free-roaming springbok and bontebok.
