Description
The spacious property is situated close to one of the best beaches along the coast where the warm Indian Ocean makes it possible to swim all year round. It sports a lush garden with a sparkling swimming pool.
Based in the upmarket Umhlanga on the Kwa-Zulu Natal coast, the accommodation consists of a 3-roomed cottage and 3 Studio suites, all of which are available as B&B accommodation most of the year. They are all, however, ideally suited for those of you who prefer to holiday on a self-catering basis. The cottage can accommodate 6-7 guests and the studio units can accommodate 2 sharing with Room 4 accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 small children.

- Turn left away from Umhlanga Village up the hill.
- At the first traffic light turn right.

- Follow the road around to the right and go the end of the road.
- At the T-junction stop street, turn left into Hilken Drive.
- Follow the road around to the right to number 39 Hilken Drive, Crooked Tree Cottage on the right hand side of the road.

- Take the N2 highway SOUTH to Durban and travel for approx 3-5 min
- ). Take the Umdloti off ramp.
- Turn left and continue 500m. Take on-ramp to the right onto the M4 and head in the direction of Durban.
- Go straight thru the Sibaya traffic circle and continue until the Umhlanga off-ramp.
- At the traffic lights turn right and proceed over the M4 bridge and continue for about 300m.
- At the next traffic light turn right.
- Follow the road around to the right and go the end of the road.
- At the T-junction stop street, turn left into Hilken Drive.
- Follow the road around to the right to number 39 Hilken Drive, Crooked Tree Cottage on the right hand side of the road.

- Travel to Durban on the N3 through the Marian hill Toll plaza travel until you pass the Pavilion Shopping centre.
- About 0.5 km past the shopping centre, take the N2 north to Stanger off ramp.
- Travel for approx 10-15 min. Take the Umhlanga off ramp at the Umhlnaga interchage and continue until you have driven under the arched white bridge-take the Umhlanga Rocks Drive/ Umhlanga Hospital off ramp and turn left. Go straight thru 2 traffic circles - this is now Herwood drive - follow the road for approx 1km to Royal Palm Avenue - turn right.
- At the next traffic circle turn left, then first right into Pearl Drive.
- At the bottom of Pearl Drive - the stop street - you are facing Crooked Tree Cottage, brown picket fence.
