The Rochester is a self-catering unit that accommodates up to 6 guests. This property sits in a cul-de-sac completely on its own, on the most beautiful stand in the estate, positioned directly above the fairway, with unobstructed views of the mountains, overlooking the golf course, fishing lake, and the town of Clarens.

Savoy – This unit consists of open-plan living and can accommodate up to 5 persons. On the lower level of the house is a king-size bed and a TV with Netflix viewing, and a small kitchen that contains basic appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a stove, and a Nespresso coffee machine; the adjacent lounge and dining area leads directly out to a small enclosed pet-friendly garden.

The unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have an en-suite bathroom, the 3rd having to share. This property is for the more discerning guest. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds that can be converted to two single beds by a minimum 7-day prior arrangement and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed. The 1st bedroom has a bath with a shower and the second a shower only bathroom.

The unit also offers an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a 6-seater dining table, lounge with a fireplace, as well as a 50 inch TV in the lounge, with Netflix, Google, Showmax, Youtube and more on media box, and 32 inches in all 3 bedrooms all with open view. All appliances and linens are top quality, including duck down feather duvets and pillows, and plenty of luxury blankets and throws. The unit also offers a Nespresso machine. There is a built-in braai facility in the large newly enclosed veranda.

This property was already the most exclusive unique property with its views and privacy in cul de sac alone, and yet the owners have taken it so much further making this property an experience, not just a place to stay.
