Cancellation Policy

• Bookings will only be confirmed if a 50% deposit is paid. If a deposit is not paid within 48 hours of the reservations it will be cancelled. Unless arrangements have been made with the reservations department.
• Please note Rates quoted exclude Breakfast
• No persons additional in number than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation. Guests who have signed the registration form on arrival will be held liable for payment for additional guests at the current rack rate at the time of occupancy.
• Check in Time: 14h00 - 22h00
• Check out Time: 10:00 am
• The guest hereby agrees on behalf of himself and the members of his party that it is a condition of his/her occupation of the Buckleigh Guest House that the Management of Buckleigh Guest House shall not be held responsible for any injury to, or death of any person, or the loss or destruction of, or damage to any property, including vehicles, trailers or motorcycles upon the premises, or being transported by the staff or members of the Buckleigh Guest House, whether arising from theft or any cause whatsoever and by whomsoever caused, or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise), or wrongful acts of any person in the employment of Buckleigh Guest House.
• You as the guest are responsible for any damages to property or damages to amenities placed in the room. Damages are to be settled before check-out.
• The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the payment.
• We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
• The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
• The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
