Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 29 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
  • If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.

Once booking is confirmed, the you will recieve two codes. One for the gate and one for the lockbox where you will find the room/suite keys.
A clean set of linen and bath towels will be provided twice a week on stays longer than 7 days, unless requested more frequently by guest.
As a self-catering establishment, guests are responsible for keeping the suites clean. Cleaning service is available at an additional R100 per day and must be booked 24 hrs in advance, subject to availability
If any items are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of these items.
All additional charged will need to be settled on departure.
