Directions

  • You should find your way onto the R27 - from Cape Town toward the West Coast. (The R27 is also referred to as the West Coast Road.)
  • From there you need to get onto the road that hugs the coastline of Blouberg (known as Marine Drive and/or Otto du Plessis Drive).
  • From the R27 you can either turn left into Marine Drive (landmark is the Dophin Beach Hotel) or take the next turn off into Blaauwberg Road (you should notice shopping malls on your right at this big intersection).
  • When you reach Marine Circle, continue along the coastal road. (If you turned into Blaauwberg Road then you need to turn right to get onto the coastal road.)
  • There will be several parking inlets on the coast side of the road; there are homes and restaurants on the inland side. You need to turn left into Sir David Baird Drive - it is well marked and forms a T-juntion with the coastal road. Turn into it & travel along until you reach the corner of Popham Street and Sir David Baird Drive.
  • We are situated on the left hand corner. The entrance to our parking is immediately before Popham Street.
