In the heart of the Constantia Valley and Wine route and a hop and skip away from Hout Bay and Muizenberg Beach.
The area is lush with trees and beautiful private gardens and along the winding main road you will be fascinated by the towering mountains all around on your way to the beach.

- Directions:
- From airport take the N2 highway towards Cape Town.
- After +/- 12 km take the M3 South bound towards Muizenberg (Take care not to take the M5 off ramp).
- Continue on the M3 freeway & take the Ladies Mile Road exit.
- Turn left onto Ladies Mile, then at the Robots turn left again into Spaanschemat River Road (M42). Take the third left into Willow Road.
- Turn first right into Airlie Place.
- After the bend, look for Dongola House on the right hand side.
- Reception/parking is at the second large gate no.1
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Occupancy times:
Rooms may be occupied from 14h00 on day of arrival. Guests are kindly requested to vacate rooms by 11h00 on day of departure.
Early arrival or late departure upon request and by arrangement.
Late check outs possible, please ask the manager.
