Stadium Guest House is a Self-Catering / Bed & Breakfast serviced upmarket establishment.
Features two fully equipped studio apartments on the top floor ~ The Bay Window Studio Apartment and The Large Balcony Studio Apartment. Both with private balconies~ and views sea/ Robben Island.
Downstairs we have The Mid-Level Bedroom en-suite with a spa bath and overhead shower. Has its own entrance /French doors opening onto the veranda. The bedroom is equipped for self-catering, a bar fridge, etc. All units feature 40-inch TV / DSTV channels. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and the veranda. Barbecue facility on the sundeck/ entertainment area.
Relax in the JUMBO Jacuzzi in the garden. Free remote control secure garage parking. The guesthouse is located in a quiet, secure, up-market area opposite the Green Point Stadium / 1 kilometer from V & A Waterfront ~ The area is safe to walk. The guesthouse is close to all amenities. The guesthouse has security ~ 24/7 outside CCTV camera surveillance.

- DIRECTIONS TO STADIUM GUEST HOUSE:
- From Cape Town International Airport.
- Take the N2 highway towards Cape Town city.
- At the end of the highway proceed up BUITENGRACHT ROAD, turn right at the second intersection into Helen Suzman Blvd. Follow the road for 2.2 km until you reach the Green Point circle, take the first arm left and then immediately right into Main road towards Sea Point. After 120 meters on your left you will see Kwikspar and ULTRA LIQUORS, take the 2nd road after ULTRA Liquors, left into WIGTOWN ROAD.
- Once you are in Wigtown Road take the second left into DYSART ROAD.
- Look for the fourth house on the right number 13 Dysart road, STADIUM GUEST HOUSE.
- Please note!!
- Make sure you are in Dysart road, because of the narrow streets in Green Point the GPS might take you to a street below number 13 Dysart Road.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Conditions
We charge Peak season rates for special event days in Cape Town or for any events at the Green Point Stadium.
Hot breakfast in the morning is R135 extra per person.
