Our B&B has all of the facilities you will need to feel at home, including internet access and free Wi-Fi, a small conference centre, laundry service, and a relaxing lounge dining area. We are located in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, museums and great shopping. Our reception office is open from 7 am – 4 pm where you can obtain travel information. Parking is on the property with remote-controlled electronic gates We offer 2x fully fitted self-catering units, 9 x spacious built & decorated by the owners fashioned to meet our clientele requirements. All rooms have their own private entrances

  • Take Market Road off-ramp, after 1st robot veer left onto CB Downs Road.
  • At next set of robots veer left onto Murry Road, travel under bridge and over freeway +-1Km. Take 3rd Left into Varley Road and 1st right into Dennis Road look out for thatch entrance.
  • From Johannesburg:
  • Take the Market Road off-ramp, after 1st robot veer left onto CB Downs Road. At next set of robots veer left onto Murry Road, travel under bridge and over freeway bridge for +-1 Km. Take 3rd left into Varley Road and 1st right into Dennis Road - look out for thatch entrance.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Conditions

Check in is from 14h00 - 18h00 except by prior arrangement with the owner or manager.
Check out time is 10h00 except by prior arrangement with the owner or manager.
No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged an additional fee.

Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.

Use of our facilities is at the risk of the guest. Please note that the swimming pool is open and children must be supervised at ALL times, whether swimming or not, by a responsible adult.

Any guest or their visitors using the swimming pool and surrounding area are utilizing such facilities entirely at their own risk and that they are fully aware that there are no life saving facilities of any nature provided and therefore indemnify Matt's Rest B&B /Self Catering /Guest Lodge this facility in full and shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against Matt's Rest B&B /Self-Catering /Guest Lodge
Including any claim from any injury/ bodily harm/death and or/loss of property which could arise from the use of this facility.
