On our working farm we have a guest house, a glamping unit and campsites, all on the Gourits river.

Directions
- From Cape Town (via N2)
- From N2, turn left into Albertinia (2 gas stations - Engen & Shell). Proceed onto Station Street for 1km, and turn right onto Main Street (Wispernet office). Proceed with road for 450m and turn left onto Malan Street (4 way stop). Malan Street will lead you onto the gravel road - after 5km, turn right at first "Gourits River Guest Farm" sign. After another approx. 5km, turn right at next "Gourits River Guest Farm" sign. Follow this road for another 5km and you will arrive at your destination on the banks of the Gourits River.
- From George (via N2):
- Turn right at the Keurfontein sign on the N2. Proceed with road and cross the railway, then turn left at the fork. Follow road for approx. 800m until you have reached an electric gate - enter the code 3006# and the gate will open. Proceed with road for approx. 3.3km and you will reach the second electronic gate. Press the button to open.
- Proceed with road and turn right at the first t-junction and then in approx. 180m turn right at the next fork where a "Gourits River Guest Farm" sign will appear. Follow this road for another 5km and you will arrive at your destination on the banks of the Gourits River.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 49 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Conditions
General Policies:
1. Everything done at own risk.
2. Please adhere to warning signs and notices on the premises.
3. Accompany children at all time.
4. No loud music.
5. Report any broken items.
6. Do not park on the road; park by located parking spots
Payment Policy:
1. 50% deposit of the total booking amount to confirm booking.
2. Outstanding amounts to be settled on arrival. (via Cash, Credit Card or EFT)
3. No cheques accepted.
Pet Policy:
We love dogs and understand that they are part of the family. However, for the safety and comfort of all our guests, campers, and the animals on our working farm, we have a few important guidelines. The Guest House and Glamping are not pet-friendly. At the Campsite, dogs are welcome only if prior permission has been requested and granted in writing, either by email or WhatsApp, before making a booking. Guests who arrive without prior approval for their dogs may be refused entry. Please note that all deposits and payments made will be non-refundable in such cases.
When permission has been granted, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. This is an active farm with animals and livestock, and we ask owners to ensure their dogs do not disturb or endanger any farm animals, wildlife, or other guests. If the pet rules are not followed, guests may be asked to place their dog in a nearby kennel for the remainder of their stay. Please note that during Easter Weekend and throughout the month of December (starting in 2026), no dogs are allowed.

3. Maximum 6 guests per site and 1 motor vehicle (+ campervan, caravan, boswa, etc.). Extra motor vehicles can be parked on the premises.
