- Take this turn off and continue to 5th set of traffic lights,
- Here you turn RIGHT into Loxton Road;
- Almost immediately 1ST LEFT into Ascot Road; almost immediately
- 1St LEFT again into Cotswold Drive
- Continue to 2nd LEFT (still Cotswold Drive) and about 200m ahead
- Keep to left and our entrance is on the right hand side
- at end of cul-de-sac: ( Nr 6 Cotswold Drive).
