Area Info
Akasia certainly ticks another box when it comes to location.
It rests on the northern foothills of the Magaliesberg Mountain range, and toward the western end of Pretoria, and enjoys the sub-tropical climate that the greater Pretoria North area is so well known for.
Gardens and lawns are lush, residents take pride in the appearance of this well-maintained area and their beautifully maintained gardens go a long way to prove this.
Apart from its well-maintained sub-urban feel, on the outskirts the rocky bushveld feel makes its presence known, adding a different look to this area as opposed to the rest of Pretoria.

- Keep right to stay on N4 and proceed for 13.5 km;
- Take exit 272 to merge onto Mabopane Hwy/R80 toward Pretoria and proceed for 2.4 km;
- Exit onto Brits Rd/Rachel de Beer St/R513 and proceed for 600 m;
- Merge onto Brits Rd/Rachel de Beer St/R513 and proceed for 1.5 km;
- Turn right onto Willem Cruywagen Street and proceed for 750 m;
