Directions

  • Directions from Oshoek border: Take the Witbank highway towards Carolina then look for the N17 and look out for the Oshoek Border/Mbabane signs and carry on until you reach the Oshoek border post. Take the MR3 from Oshoek and pass through Mbabane and head towards Ezulwini (about 14 kms from Mbabane). Then take the first exit on the left off the MR3 and take the MR103 and pass the Sun International hotels towards Malkerns. Do not take the turn to Malkerns M27, carry on straight through Mahlanya Market and head towards Matsapha.Then at Sundowner's Lodge (on your left) turn off to Bhunya MR18 and you will find Brookside Lodge is about 2 kms on your right hand side.
  • Directions from Ezulwini: Brookside Lodge is situated on the old Manzini / Mbabane road (MR103) past Mahlanya market towards Matsapha. Look out for the Brookside Lodge signs. Turn right on to the MR18 at Sundowners Lodge (road to Swazi Candles) and travel for 2 kms and Brookside Lodge is on your right opposite the Phondo Royal Residence.
  • Directions from Malelane: Take the Malelane Road on to the Jeppes Reef road to the Matsamo Border. Travel towards Piggs Peak passing through Piggs Peak town towards Mbabane. Bypass Mbabane to Ezulwini direction on the MR3, then take the first exit on the left off the MR3 and take the MR103 and pass the Sun International hotels towards Malkerns on that road. Do not take the turn to Malkerns M27, carry on straight through Mahlanya Market and head towards Matsapha.Then at Sundowner's Lodge (on your left) turn off to Bhunya MR18 and you will find Brookside Lodge is about 2 kms from that turn on your right hand side.
  • From Manzini: Take the MR3 towards Matsapha and exit before the flyover and head towards Bhunya/Malkerns. Take the MR18 at Sundowner's Lodge, turn left towards Malkerns. Brookside Lodge is 2kms away on your right hand side.
  • From Durban: Brookside Lodge is about 2 hours from the Gollela/Lavumisa border. Continue on the road from Gollela without turning off and head towards Manzini MR3. The three main towns that you pass is Big Bend, Manzini, Matsapha. At Matsapha take the MR18 on the left and carry on straight towards Sundowner's Lodge (on your right), then turn left and travel 2kms and Brookside Lodge is on the right.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 5 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
  • If cancelling 20 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
  • If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
