Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.

Only 2 bays available. There is plenty of street parking outside.
Deposit is 50% but if arrival is 7 days away then full amount will be taken.
Children over 6 years are welcome. No pets are allowed.
Quiet hours are between 23h00 and 06h00. We ask that you please be mindful of other guests on the property.
No visitors allowed without prior approval.
There are designated smoking areas outside on the front patio or on the private balcony of the Triple Deluxe room.
