Cancellation Policy
- Avemore Stellenbosch Bookings
- Guests are required to provide ID/passport copy as well as complete the online check-in form prior to arrival .
- Pre-Payment Policy
- A 100% deposit is required to secure bookings if the arrival date is within 60 days.
- For bookings made more than 60 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the remaining 50% payable 60 days prior to arrival.
- No Pets Allowed
- No Smoking Allowed
- No Parties Allowed
- Breakage Policy
- There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of invoice being received.
- Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
- An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival.
- Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total
