Boulders Beach House consists of 2 different units: A fully equipped, family-friendly holiday home with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway, which sleeps 6 people; in addition there is an entirely separate penthouse apartment with its own entrance, for 4 people.
Both units are light and spacious with open-plan living areas and wrap-around wooden decks with spectacular ocean views. The holiday home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extra bed and kitchenette for children downstairs. The Lookout apartment sleeps 4 adults but has a loft area too with a desk and pull-out bed. Please note that the Lookout apartment is not suitable for children under 11 due to the stairs.
For your holiday comfort, both units have DStv, Wi-Fi, secure garage parking for one car each, and fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, washing machines, and microwaves. The holiday home has access to a private indigenous garden and swimming pool.

It is also only about 1,5kms away is historical Simon's Town with its quaint shops and restaurants.
Directions
- As you drive into Simon's Town on the Main Road, continue past the village centre which is lined with shops and retaurants. Continue straight approximately 1.5km out of town; look out for the sign to Boulders Beach and the road "Secluse Lane". The house is on the left just after Secluse Lane; the number 185 is on the wall. Park outside the garage on the right as you face the sea - that garage is for your use.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Conditions
If you pay the deposit by credit card, the establishment will send you a link to deduct the remaining amount a week before your arrival. The card-holder must sign the notification of payment.
